Indications for use Schizophrenia including indolent form, accompanied by lethargy, confusion, acute and chronic psychosis, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcers, migraine, dizziness, post-traumatic encephalopathy, conduct disorder in children.
Hypersensitivity , pheochromocytoma, hypertension, anxiety and agitation.
Side effects Sulpiride generally well tolerated. May, however, be observed pyramidal disorders, agitation, sleep disturbance , high blood pressure , menstrual disorders, impotence; described cases of gynecomastia and galactorrhea.
Enhances the effect of the interaction of morphine derivatives , histamine H1-blockers, barbiturates , benzodiazepines and alcohol . Antihypertensive drugs increases the risk of orthostatic hypotension. Incompatible with levodopa mutual antagonism . Antacids containing magnesium hydroxide and aluminum , reduce bioavailability.

With care given to patients with renal failure, epilepsy, Parkinson`s disease, the elderly and newborns, as well as people who work with potentially dangerous machinery. During therapy should not drive vehicles. Encouraged to take up the use of antacids. During pregnancy can be used only low doses not long.
